Yes. PPC and digital advertising services require a minimum 12-month contract with 30 days’ written notice for cancellation. This ensures enough time to collect data, refine campaigns, and achieve consistent performance.

Billing, Contracts & Support

Do you require contracts for your services?

Yes. All services are governed by an individual Master Service Agreement (MSA) or project contract. These agreements outline project scope, timelines, pricing, and service expectations.

Our general terms include:

  • A minimum 12-month agreement for recurring marketing or advertising services.
  • 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
  • Payment terms as defined in your individual service agreement.

Other terms may apply depending on your agreement. 

We accept payments via credit card, ACH, or electronic invoice. For ongoing clients, monthly payments are typically billed automatically through a secure client portal.

We provide ongoing support options. Clients can choose from monthly maintenance packages or hourly support for updates, troubleshooting, or strategy sessions. You’ll always have access to our support team.
